The Tennessee Real Estate Commission now requires that NEW affiliate brokers (sales agents) complete the Course for New Affiliates prior to being issued a Tennessee Real Estate Affiliate Broker License. The course for new affiliates' is intended to assist the new real estate agent with their new career in real estate.

Remember, the State of Tennessee requires that all candidates for Affiliate Broker:

• Complete 60 hours of real estate fundamentals

• Possess a high school degree or GED certificate

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have been a Tennessee resident for at least 45 days

• Pass the Tennessee real estate exam (Administered by PSI)

• Complete the 30 hour Course for New Affiliates >>>

• Have any criminal judgments or convictions reviewed by the real estate commission prior to licensing
